How do I return something?
To return your items, you can take your purchase, along with your invoice, to any stand alone L'Occitane boutique.
Alternatively, you can post it back to us. To do this simply download our returns form from our T&Cs page. Fill it out and include inside your package so we can process your return.
Then, head over to the Royal Mail website and print your returns label. If you don't have your invoice/order number, please enter your email address instead as shown below:

You can then drop it off at any post office or Royal Mail customer service point.
Upon receipt of your parcel, we will contact you to organise the exchange or refund.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment.
All items must be returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.
All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
Items returned with a gift receipt are subject to exchange only.
Any promotional gifts received with products must also be returned.
Purchases made in our Outlet boutiques; Bicester, Portsmouth and Cheshire Oaks, will be subject to an exchange only, and can be returned only to an Outlet store.
